The universal distributor, air cushion pulsation damper
- First element of the system, the distributor, diaphragm type pulsation damper insures the absorption of hydraulic pulsations by energy dissipation. The damper uses a flexible diaphragm that separates the air tank from stock flow.
- Air chamber is a self-compensating pressure vessel linked to the stock line pressure.

The dilution system
- A small quantity of white water is used for dilution. It is introduced into each flexible pipe at the distributor outlet, to obtain an accurate correction of the basis weight profile and compensate possible drainage defects at the wet end or shrinkage of the sheet at the drying section.

The formation unit
- The final element of ABK Machinery system has been specially developed to realize optimum defloculation and complete distribution of the flow for the entire width of the paper machine. The upper lip is rigid and has micrometric screws only for lip set-up.
- The formation unit is symmetrical, compact, modular and can be adapted to a wide range of paper grades.
