The device allowing the coating color deposit is based on the same principle and qualities as for ALLICOAT SD coating heads.

These devices are suited to paper or board with dry contents and high viscosity coating colors allo-wing deposits of:

These coaters have been designed for a perfect reproducibility of adjustments using captors and numerical displays.

Some adjustments are specific and allow flexibility and adaptability of our equipments to operating speed, coating colors and smoothing or doctoring operations.

Sizes and standards are the same as ALLICOAT RBP and RBM but including a device for coating color supply under pressure located in a chamber behind the blade.

• Special devices allow the adjustment of coating color deposit width according to the sheet width and assure a perfect tightness at the chamber ends
• A supply device (easiliy cleanable) allows a very good distribution in cross direction
• This type of coater allows a coating color deposit with very low basis weight due to the very weak penetration in the sheet as the time of contact coating color/paper before dosing with the blade is very short.
• The loading of the blade is assured with an inflatable bellow.
